Our Story

As a businessman, I have traveled the world and have tried many a wide variety of cuisines on my trips. And, as a father, I want to bring that same experience to my children in the comfort of their hometown. See, as far I can remember I have always enjoyed hanging around the kitchen! Be it helping my mother prepare for meals (and later on cooking for her), to moving to the US and cooking as a bachelor, cooking has always been a part of my life. I can still recall being with my mother and my sister-in-law on the phone writing down recipes and trying to master some of their dishes. Once I got the hang of things, I realized that most of my friends enjoyed my cooking. In fact, they used to ask me to cook for them! (Thank God I didn't burn down the kitchen in the process.)

Now fast forward to 2016, and as a father and an employee, I noticed that one of the biggest challenges with family and friends was always: What should we eat? And, with our busy lives: Where should we go to eat? And it's always the same problem: everyone wants something different. Seeing this challenge, the cook inside of me turned to master chiefs. As I traveled the world for business, I made sure that with each trip I attended a cooking class be it in China, the Middle East, India or elsewhere, I made sure to learn from the best each country had to offer. When I would return to the US, I would make sure to take what I learned and train with the best our country had to offer. With all of this, I thought we can have the perfect three-in-one: three of the most sumptuous cuisines under one roof:

And, "O Yeah, Chicken and More!" was born. Here we bring together Chinese, Mexican, and Southern-style cuisine, with a hearty helping of good old' Midwest hospitality. By 2017 we created the perfect menu and worked for one year to perfect each dish. By the 1st of June, 2018, we opened our doors to the public so you can leave with a smile on your face, while your stomachs leave saying, "O Yeah!"
